These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CHAR website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and orders. CHAR handcrafts interior components for classic Porsche vehicles. We make reasonable efforts to display product details, colors, and finishes accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or images are error-free, and handcrafted items may vary. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing errors, at any time.

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Payment must be received before an order is processed.

Fitment and installation. Products are intended for the vehicle applications identified on the Site. It is your responsibility to confirm fitment for your specific vehicle. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional. CHAR is not responsible for improper installation or for damage or injury resulting from misuse.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of CHAR or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability. The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Vermont.
